NOTE: If you have booked outside of the resort, you can still attend the welcome party. Please let Solomon or Elisa know and we will pre- pay for a 3 hour resort pass for you to attend the welcome event.

NOTE: Please be on time the shuttle will leave no later than 3:45pm MST. If you are unable to make the shuttle, or staying outside of the Hardrock resort you will have to make your own arrangements for transportation to the venue.
